Policies

Alongside Missions is a nondenominational organization. We work with churches and individuals who believe that it is required of all people to acknowledge who Christ is, what He did for them and what they will now do with Him.

Our goal is to work “alongside” churches and individuals and not “for” them.

We believe that Mission outreach work is more than an “experience” for those who take part—it is life-changing.

We believe that we are required to be good stewards of time as well as God’s money. This requires us to be well-organized.

We have proven and believe in the value of returning to the same area. It develops relationships and trust while being sensitive to God when He opens new doors.

The churches and individuals we work with are responsible for help in the funding of a project based on their ability, so that they take ownership of the task. We also require follow-up accountability from those receiving help.
